The Morris Hotel
Project Scope
The Morris Hotel offers a blend of historic charm and modern amenities. Set in a beautifully restored heritage building, it brings together classic design elements and contemporary comforts. The Morris Hotel was formerly known as The Saint to many local punters, but has returned to its original name, The Morris, continuing its half-a-century tradition as a place for mates to meet for drinks over a game of sport, families to gather for a relaxed meal, and friends celebrating beer o’clock or cocktail hour with their favourite drink.
Thanks to the team from Riverslea Construction for their efforts of transforming this venue to what you see today. We are also loving the fresh new feels of the venue, brilliantly designed by the creative genius of Cayas and Ward and how well the furniture selection compliments it.

BrewDog Perth
Project Scope
The first Brewdog venue in WA and the fifth in Australia! Located 550 metres from Perth Arena and less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Perth CBD and Northbridge. Transforming what was once a coffee roastery, this new venue has a capacity for 600 patrons – housing two bars and an open-air beer garden with large screens for sports-watching experiences. The fit-out incorporates BrewDog’s classic industrial style paired with a modern, comfortable feel that reflects their bold branding.
We were tasked with supplying all internal and external furniture, fabricating custom-made furniture including communal seating to accommodate large group seating, custom picnic benches, custom cushion seating, upholstered dining and bar furniture, booth seating and re-upholstery of existing banquette seatings. We also supplied furniture for the Mezzanine space including custom bookshelves and custom sofas.
It has been an amazing journey to be involved with this exciting project and we are grateful to Australian Venue Co for the opportunity to be collaborating again!
BrewDog boasts 28 taps pouring the spectrum of sours to IPA and stouts, whilst serving amazing burgers and pizzas!
BrewDog Perth is located at 16 Gordan Street in West Perth.

- Took approx. 5 months from August to December 2023, with a few additions, completed in January 2024.
Busselton Pavilion
Project Scope
Nestled along the picturesque shores of Busselton, the Busselton Pavillion stands as a vibrant hub for community engagement and relaxation. The charming venue boasts a stunning location, offering breathtaking views of the iconic Busselton Jetty, making it a favourite spot for both locals and visitors. The Busselton Pavillion is designed to cater to a variety of events, from casual gatherings to formal functions. With spacious indoor and outdoor areas, it can accommodate everything from weddings and corporate events to community festivals and markets. The pavilion’s flexible layout allows for custom setups, ensuring that every event meets the unique needs of its hosts.
The Busselton Pavillion is yet another Parker Group project which we were thrilled to be a part of.

KFC Murdoch
Project Scope
We were thrilled to be part of the KFC Murdoch project. Our involvement included custom furnishings like a tiled communal table anchored with tiles from Tile Cloud, Corian Domino Terrazzo tabletops with rounded ends core-drilled to the floor, banquette seating, and a lean bar upholstered in KFC’s brand colours. Working alongside Building Solutions and Matthews & Scavalli Architects was a pleasure, resulting in a fantastic outcome!

Chicken Treat Dayton
Project Scope
Our tasks for the Dayton Chicken Treat store included front-of-house fit-out works, such as wall finishes, custom joinery, custom steelwork, service counters, stonework, and fixed furniture. It’s exciting to see how Chicken Treat has evolved over the years, and we look forward to collaborating with the brand on future stores!
