THE TIDE SCARBOROUGH is the first co-living space concept in Perth offering short term accommodation in the Scarborough precinct. The concept has worked well in many cities including London, Tokyo, and major cities in the United States. The Tide Scarborough offers private bedroom configurations with large shared common spaces to attract millennials. Located 100 meters from the beach, you can see why this concept will work well.
The Tide Scarborough offers various room configurations and finishes to cater for various age groups and families. We worked closely with the designers at MJA Studio to provide majority of the loose furniture for all the rooms and living areas. There were 3 main styles of finishes throughout the venue to suit the room sizes and layouts.
The Tide Scarborough boosts numerous shared living spaces including The Hub where guests can cook, create and eat together; The Lounge where guests can relax, read a book or just chill out; Co-Working where guests can work individually or bounce ideas with like-minded individuals; Laundry; and The Pool for relaxing as the name suggests.
